Types of plastic removed

In this video high temperature PEEK was removed from a 20mm diameter feed screw. This was taking the customer over 4 hours to clean but only took 1 hour in our Fluidized Bath.

3 pounds of EO Elastomer were removed from a 43 pound, 11” diameter breaker plate.

Peek and Tefzel were easily removed from Inconel extrusion tooling supplied by a customer for sample cleaning.”

In this video the customer’s cleaning time per batch was reduced 5 hours by cleaning them in a Fluidized Bath at 850 F for 40 minutes.

A 4 inch breaker plate covered with Polypropylene was thoroughly cleaned in the Fluidized Bath after 20 minutes at 850F.
