Our team applies +30 years of combined experience in the design, manufacture, service and support of a wide range of Laboratory and Industrial Temperature products to provide unique solutions for customer applications. A partial list of these products includes Fluidized Temperature Baths, Dry Block temperature calibrators, liquid temperature baths, ovens, incubators, furnaces and as well as many other types of heating laboratory products and temperature measurement instruments. Our products and services are offered to direct end users as well as to resellers, dealers and manufacturer’s reps.

We have developed several custom products to meet end user requirements including very low temperatures down to -100°C, high temperatures up to 1200°C, as well as, proprietary medical device applications that require large working volumes. Here at Accurate Thermal Systems we are committed to meet customer requirements through innovative ideas and continuous improvement of current products and designs. January 28 – New Fluidized Temperature Bath

Accurate Thermal Systems is pleased to announce the latest addition to our Fluidized Temperature Bath line with the launch of the model FTBLL12W. This model offers customers a much larger working volume for thermal cleaning of larger dies and parts at an economical price as compared to other competitive systems. This new model has a parts basket that is 12 3/8″ diameter by 13″ deep to accept large parts with a total weight capacity of 60 pounds. This system offers fast cleaning times that are typically under one hour. The units are turn key and easy to operate as well as being safer for the operator versus other cleaning methods. Tooling manufacturers recommend our systems as a best practice method to clean tooling and parts. Our Fluidized Temperature Baths minimize production downtime when compared to the long cycle times of traditional ovens.

With the release of our new model FTBSL6 Fluidized  Bath customers are able to calibrate temperatures sensors and systems, clean plastics extrusion parts, shape set medical devices and other heating applications with the convenience of bench top access. It’s compact in size, operates on standard 120VAC power and only requires 30 PSI of air allowing it to be used in most laboratory settings.

Accumac Inc, manufactures a complete range of precision temperature readouts, high stability/high accuracy Platinum Resistance Thermometers and Type S reference thermocouples. These bench top and hand held instruments and measuring sensors are a good choice for customers looking to improve the measurement accuracy of their process, calibration system and operation overall. Various sensor diameters are offered for measuring the temperature in liquid baths, ovens, dry block temperature calibrators, incubators, lab equipment, test chambers, sterilizers and many other applications. Platinum resistance thermometers can be used to measure temperatures from -200 to 660°C with measurement uncertainties down to +/-0.025 at 660°C. If you need to check temperatures above 660°C consider the reference Type S thermocouples that measure temperatures up to 1400°C at an uncertainty of +/-0.6.

July 23 – ATS Develops Custom Fluidized Bath for Fortune 500 Medical Device Company

Accurate Thermal Systems based in Hainesport, NJ, develops custom Fluidized Temperature Bath systems for a Fortune 500 medical device company.

Accurate Thermal Systems has recently designed, manufactured and delivered five custom Fluidized Temperature Bath systems to the customer, with a turnaround time of 3 short months. These systems were designed to fit into an advanced robotic system with the electronics mounted in a control box that connects via a 10 foot cable to give the customer added flexibility for placement of the controls. The customized Fluidized Temperature Baths provide an accuracy of +/-3.0 degrees at 600°C and stability of +/-0.4°C over a 30 minute period, to meet the customer’s application with fully automatic fluidizing air control for unattended operation.

To allow the systems to be controlled remotely an RS485 interface was added which means all 5 systems can be daisy chained and connected to the included Windows PC software for unattended, independent control and operation scheduling. The Windows PC software can be used to schedule operation turn on times and a lower park temperature overnight or when not in use for substantial cost savings in power. The added Ethernet serial server lets the customer connect to and control the systems from any PC in the facility as well as the internet.

March 2015: Launch of ThermCal 130

New Product Alert!

Accurate Thermal Systems is announcing the new release of our ThermCal130 calibrator. Our new lightweight calibrator weighing in at 17lbs, the ThermCal130 is perfect for use on the field as well as the lab. This unit also has a small footprint and offers fast heat up and cool down. Unlike many competing lower cost models that only offer a fixed block our units accept inserts for probe size flexibility in addition to a fixed 1/4” reference hole.

Our new ThermCal130 unit offers:
